Information about data processed through the Aventi Consulting website.
AI maturity assessment
When you submit the assessment, we store your answers, the versions of the questionnaire and scoring rules, the scores and the generated report. The required answers, scope and scores are sent to the AI provider configured by Aventi to support preparation of the report. Contact details, IP address and back-office metadata are not included in that request.
Do not enter documents, client names, credentials or confidential information in free-text fields. Submitted assessments are not deleted automatically; Aventi provides authorised manual management and deletion. Public access to the report is temporary and protected by an opaque code. Expiry of that access does not delete the record.
If you request contact at the end, we separately store the details you provide, the selected priority, and the text, version and date of your specific permission. This request does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter.
Contact forms
Data submitted through website forms are used to respond to the request and follow up on the relationship requested by the user.
Security and providers
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including temporary links and tokens stored as hashes. Email delivery may use a technical provider configured by Aventi, limited to the purposes required to deliver messages.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, restriction or deletion of your data, and withdraw your consent. Use the contact details in the footer to submit your request.
